| Did anyone apply to the CfBT Oman advert that appeared last April? They emailed applicants late May, early June, apologizing for the delay, but nothing since and there are no new threads. Does anyone have any update? |

Hi micromegas. Not sure if it's any help, but I got offered a job with CfBT in Brunei a while ago. They said they would e-mail me a contract. That was two weeks ago and still haven't heard a thing  . I don't think there is a problem, or at least I hope not, and maybe CfBT are just one of those organizations where the wheels don't turn as fast as some other places. Anyway, I think I'll leave it a bit longer and then send them a nice e-mail politely requesting an update. I'd probably recommend you do the same. At least they will know you are still interested. | In Oman, they may have been bidding for a contract and wanted CVs - perhaps they didn't succeed. |
