I am sure that automobile emissions from the road system in Dhahran-Damman-Khober while working at KFUPM contributed to my COPD. A physician at the KFUPM Medical Center told me that he had seen a very large number of patients with breathing problems. Anecdotally, Jubail is also very bad.
