Just want to ask others when they were paid for January and February during the winter break if they work at a college or university.
So far for me 2 just paid on the specific pay day for January and February. 1 paid me in December for the upcoming two months while 1 other paid me in March for the previous two months.

Usually, I was paid in the salary payment just before the holiday, and was paid for one month, losing out on the other half of a month.
