Hello everyone,
I'm thinking of moving to Vietnam. I have a BA and a TEFL certificate with 5+ years teaching experience. What can I expect to earn as a newbie in HCMC?
Also, can anyone comment on ILA and what it's like to teach there? I've read lots of older posts but I'm hoping to get some more up to date feedback.
Thanks for any and all replies. |

Fly in, pass out resumes. You will find something fairly quickly
BUT
You will start at about $20/hr, doing piece work.
You will need to network to build into anything full time with decent pay, a visa sponsorship, and a work permit.
