Hello,
Is it possible to teach ESL in Indonesia, without a Bachelors Degree? With just a TEFL Certification? If yes, which agencies do? |

Yes it's possible, but you probably won't be working legally or earning much until you can get established at a school which has the means of getting work permits for their (unqualified) teachers.
I don't know of any agencies in Indonesia. English First (EF) have always been the biggest (and lowest-paid) employer of English teachers in Indonesia so maybe give them a shout. However, as far as I know, they are employing fewer and fewer native speakers nowadays.
If you're already in Indonesia then it should be relatively easy to knock on some language school doors and pick up some hourly-paid work; outside of the country it will be much more difficult especially without a degree. |

As far as I'm aware Indonesia isn't even very good for those with a BA so I would hardly think it's a good place for those without unless you're really desperate and/or need to stay due to having a local wife/husband! |
