| Does anyone know of a way to find cheap housing in Valencia? I'm coming on the 20th of sept and was thinking about finding a place to rent in a shared house, maybe for a month to begin with. When I was in Barcelona they had a magazine called Barcelona Connect where you could find reasonably cheap shared flats. Oh, and what's the script with taking bikes on Renfe trains? Their email site says only on Grandes Lineas but I can't work out which ones they are. And if anyone fancies meeting up drop me a line. |

There are two easy ways to find a room in a shared house here. The first is to buy a copy of 'El Trajin'. This is released every Monday,so will be available on your first day.
The second is just to look around the city and you will see adverts taped to bus-stops, lamposts etc.
I don't have a bike so can't give any advice about the trains.
