There's really no sense in starting duplicate threads. If anyone has some info, could you post it on the Oman board's thread.
Also Lionbrian, it would also be helpful if your subject line would more specific. I'm not sure if you can edit it, but why not add the words 'teacher's colleges' to it on the Oman posting. Try using the edit button in the upper right hand corner. I'm not sure if it will let you change your original subject line or not.
