Do any of you feel like it's ok to live in Japan with only the (not an)l international language? The Japanese certainly study it long enough.
So very many people can speak it no matter what country they're from.
I really don't want to enable the dysfunction here.
In other words, I feel that if f I learn and speak Japanese I'm enabling the citizens of a rich country who have had every opportunity (public school, language schools all over, many English skilled foriegners, etc.) to be irresponsible in a world where English is so prevalent and necessary to a global community.

Understanding sometime of course lately for which is in. But perhaps dysfunction contribution be monolingualism. Japan living OK studying speak but not enabling figuratively within relative method. Just be sure in that monlingual dysfunction would enable Japanese not so far-reaching signals.
