Been listening to a LOT of Leonard Cohen recently and a bit of Jeff Buckley. Gone/going through a bit of a painful break up type scenario.

In happier moments I listen to Dizzee Rascal's new album and I've just gotten round to listening to Paul's Boutique by the Beastie Boys after years of meaning to.

Tijuana Taxi by Herb Albert is the song my team, Leyton Orient, run out to and so I often listen to that and dream about them.

In the absence of a Radio/CD player (due to the fact i cant be bothered to go out and buy one right now) I am relying on some Pirate DVD's I brought back from Vietnam for sounds.

These are;

The Last Waltz- The Band

Santana In Concert

Cat Stevens Last Concert

and

Depeche Mode 86-98 The Videos.

I hope to add to this collection soon when i toddle off down the road and buy some class sounds from one of the blokes selling pirate CDs/DVDs on the street.

Not listening to any thing now as I'm in the staff room but in a few minutes I'll be playing Lisa Ekdahl during my lesson. That and some African Acoustic, Cafe del Mar and my partner gave me some Paul Weller to check out. Also, I want to listen to Ben Harper and Jack Johnson, which will be for the first time.

I'm a big music fan and listen to almost literally everything. Right now i'm getting into some Jazz...... mostly the big names: Miles Davis, Coltrane, Charlie Parker. As always i'm listening to rap. But right now i'm also listening to old school stuff like Al Green. So a little bit of everything.
