Whilst perusing the ESL Instructor opportunities, I noticed that 99.9% are for teaching children. I have neither the qualification nor patience for teaching the wee-ones. Does anyone know about teaching opportunities for working with adults, ie business english? And where one might be privy to adverts for jobs on offer? Many thanks and a round of applause in advance to the sage one who spares a few morsels of advice! |

Try these for starters.
Simul Academy (in Tokyo)
http://www.simul.co.jp/english/index6.html
The Corporate Training Center provides language training for corporations mainly in English, Chinese, German, and French.
Phoenix Associates
www.phoenixassoc.com
Sumikin International (in Kansai)
They are based in Kansai and basically service Proctor & Gamble, Sumitomo and Mitsubishi. People who work there need to have a business background and/or bona fide TESL experience.
