I have 10 years teaching experience and more in media, theater and journalism. I'm trying to develop ESL TV and radio programs that will let me combine all of my background. I worked in Japan for a long time and have spent a lot of time in HK.
Any suggestions on how to move into a postion like this? For the right position relocating abroad again is no problem.
Thanks,

This is a first hand story not a someone told me about a bloke who knew a bloke who was talking to someone who ... story. A friend of mine offered an out of school a media / acting / film and TV course to students in the international schools. He ran it on Saturday mornings and perhaps an afternoon. He made as much from that little business as a the teachers did working full-time in the international schools (not the low paying language schools). Try places like Beijing and Shanghai that have little for kids to do outside of school. |
