I just arrived in Taiwan and I'm brand new at teaching ESL.I'm just starting to get a handle on the interviewing process and I know that teaching a demo class is one step of said process.

I'm wondering, am I expected to have my own lesson prepared [based on the class level] or will the school supply me with a lesson to teach?

Does it depend on the school??

Many thanks for any input on this matter.

It does indeed depend on the school. If you are using anything remotely similar to the communicative approach, then here is a link for you. We keep a class demo guide on our site for just such interviews. this came to us from a language center in Costa Rica.
