| Do you mean the Sent Box from private messages (PM)? It is a list of PMs that you've sent to other people. Otherwise I have no idea what you're talking about. |

The Outbox is where the message sits until the person receiving opens up his/her mail. When they read your mail it goes from the Outbox to the Send box.
Its kind of like an Out-tray in your office and the Sent Box is their mailbox. You can tell when a person has received your mail. |

I think she is referring to  . It shows that there are new posts in the thread since you have last visted, same as the bright orange icons instead of the plain white icons. It changes back to being plain after you've read the thread. |
