they have a private university there. It is expensive.
My wife and sister-in-law both studied Japanese literature there.

I have been down that way on the Nankai line to go to the drivers testing center in Komyoike. I would give yourself 40 minutes from Namba on the Nankai express. Get off at Kongo station to get to the university.

Tezukayama station is about 10 minutes or less from Namba...it's two stops on the local train from Tengachaya. There is a private elementary/junior/senior high school there...it's a really rich neighbourhood...maybe one of the wealthiest in Osaka.

You might have to be more specific, as there are a few other Tezukayama campuses....one in Nara and one mentioned earlier near Kongo etc.
