|

I'm currently teaching in Korea and am very interested in Mongolia. I'm especially interested in teaching at a Uni there. I have an MS Ed and about 10 years experience in ESL but have never been to that part of the world.
I've done some online reading but most of it seems to be mostly missionaries, but I have read some bad things about DeSantis. Other than that, I have no clue about Mongolia. Can someone with some experience there give me some pointers and opinions about it?
It doesn't seem to be for the weak or faint of heart, but I'm from Alaska and cold doesn't phase me all that much. Thanks! |

there was an article about ELT in Mongolia a week ago in the New York Times.
The government plans to switch over to the roman alphabet in ten years time.
From what I have read, I think that Mongolia should have its own forum on Dave`s ESL Cafe. There should be enough work available there.
