Thought about it. Didn't because I'd get too fat and availability isn't great. Can be done though. I've only seen the kits in speciality liquor stores. Actually in one store only. I have looked into it and it is possible inJapan though it seems more difficult than it might be back in your home country. If you're anywhere near Shikoku I'd like to offer my services as an official taster.   |
