Any plans to go to the Grand Prix? I hear it's gonna be 80 euro to sit on the grass or 350 euro to sit in any of the stands.

I used to go to Grand Prix races in Detroit. Ever since Ayrton Senna died, I just can't watch the sport... Crying or Very sad

Welcome to the Man Zone, traveling girl. You can post here as much as you like. You seem to be aware of the only rule; all postings must be in some way related to sport, computer games or alcohol consumption.

O.K today is womens day, we don't get a day, can't we keep this space free for us. Back to sports.
I was wrong the black and white let the side down. Still have hope for Black Sea boys to upset the yellow birds(only a man would undersand this Laughing ).
Still will take any odds give for a Beşiktaş final.

aaah whynotme, I cannot tell a lie... being an American, I only recently discovered the difference between football and 'football'. May I still observe and try to learn your language?? Laughing

Faustino, have you ever heard of "The Man Show"? I think it would be right up your alley!

Yeah, what the hell was that? GS's best player (or one of the best) gets ejected or red carded or whatever (and admittedly didn't deserve it at that moment, but probably did for knocking the water bottle from the ref's hand a few minutes earlier), with like 25 minutes to go, and stupid Beşiktaş can't even get the ball onto their side of the field!! Poor Cordoba had to do all the work, and he did a fine job considering BJK wasn't bothering much with defense either.

My shame at supporting Beşiktaş deepened significantly this weekend. I almost wished the rakı did kill me so I wouldn't have to watch that train-wreck of a match any longer. Mad

BTW, I understand the broader picture of offsides, but there are some nuances that've always escape me. I failed offsides in referee school, but since I only ref'ed the 6 and 7 year olds, it never came up really...

I didn't know Women's Day existed until today. Do I get presents? I think they have a Men's Day in Russia. But in Turkey, isn't every day Men's Day? Rolling Eyes

Let the women have their day. We'll have the other 364 days of the year. How will Chelski and Man U fare tonight?
