Hi all,

I'm leaving Japan tomorrow and just wanted to pass on info on a couple of topics that people always seem to want to know about. I did searches here for some info, but more never hurts... Very Happy

Cheap flights -- I bought mine (one way to London) at Airnet Travel in Shibuya for 59,000 all in. The next cheapest from other agencies was around 64 or 65,000.

Shipping -- I really wanted to know average shipping costs, and the Jpost site kept crashing. For anyone who's interested, I just shipped a 4.1 kg box of clothes to the UK for 4,000 yen. So roughly 1 kg for 1,000 yen surface mail to the UK at the post office.

That's right!

Under 2KG per package and it's 1080yen (SEA MAIL) so if you can do it this way do!

Good luck and thanks for that flight info will come in handy in a few months!!
