You see, that's the problem - no sooner do you identify one than you realize you have two, only to figure out in the end that the second was really the first but having one over on you.

Or some variation along that theme.

Back to Stephen - It's well known that idiot savants are very gifted in one area and hopeless in all others. So it isn't a stretch of the imagination at all for me to imagine a person who's quite good at linguistics but is challenged in other areas.

Then to analyse a bit more, the more one rejects the fact that one is challenged in certain areas, the more one's frustration with others builds. Of course the problem isn't with the world but with oneself but denial of one's shorcomings amplifies them and the unreasonable frustration with others. In the end you get sociopaths who may or may not be talented in a certain area.

So who is this dude that's been spamming you guys, this PhD supervisor? I wonder what his students are specializing in: tying shoe laces, dishwashing, coat hanging. I find it especially pathetic when he brags about the top quality universities that he works at. Top quality? In SE Asia? Hey man, are you sure theyre universities? Are you sure theyre not a language school where you have only three classes? The only person that you can convince you're worth sh*t is the loser language school owner that you work for and even that I'm not so sure of.

You say:

Considering I teach postgraduates - and indeed, supervise PhD students - at no less than 3 (top, stellar) unis in and around SE Asia, I find this quite laughable!

You know, we find it quite laughable too. You gotta be faster than Superman to get around South East Asia that fast. Dont get me wrong: Im sure your girlfriend wholeheartedly agrees that you ARE faster than Superman.

Come out come out wherever you are and post so that we can see what a pathetic wretch you really are.
