What are they? I'm in Korea now but studied Spanish for a long time and would like to maintain my reading comprehension... in a fun way.

Two of the most popular are www.esmas.com and www.terra.com.mx Both general portals that change content frequently. Lots telenovella gossip there for you. Terra has several popular Chat rooms that run Latin America wide.

Doesn't CNN have a Spanish site?

Thanks.

Yeah, I forgot about

http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/spanish/news/.

http://www.cnn.com/espanol/ doesn't seem very impressive to me, I thought there was something else out there...

But yeah, http://www.esmas.com/ is just what I was looking for. Anyone else? Laughing

For news, and keeping current on Mexican opinion, also try El Universal (http://www.eluniversal.com.mx/noticiash.html) and La Jornada
(http://www.jornada.unam.mx).

Mexico Desconocido (http://www.mexicodesconocido.com.mx) is usually worth a read.
