after doing searches on previous posts/ net website about the net scheme i realise that the native teacher's mandate/ conditions vary from school to school but i would love to hear from different teachers about the organisation of their particular secondary schools. in particular i'm referring to the set-up of classes, that teachers have discretion to teach 'points' catering to individual classes/students (rather than being forced to mindlessly following a textbook), that students have enough contact hours with us so you can see a benefit to the students etc.. basically how satisying it you find the scheme as a teacher.

i taught TEFL in europe for a few years and found it immensely rewarding in terms of job satusfcation and while teaching the last few years in korea has been economically ok i've found job satisfcation to be minimal and am thinking about joining the net scheme next year or the year after.

thanks.
