I've been here in Jakarta for a couple of weeks (I'm from the UK) and I'll be here for a while - just wondering if anyone plays for a football team, or knows where would be good to hook up with a team...? I used to play regularly back home and would like to continue. Five-a-side, six-a-side, 11-a-side, anything's good. If anyone needs players, let me know!
By the way, I live in Kalimalang, East Jakarta... |

Nobody?? How come 28 people were interested enough to view a post entitled "Hello! Does anybody in Jakarta play football (soccer)...?" but nobody actually plays...?
Come on folks, there's enough people for an eleven-a-side game there...! Including substitutes... |

Probably because we're all fat lazy slugs, and we're wondering who would be crazy enough to play football in sweaty old Jakarta!  |
