I am hoping to come to Argentina to teach (albeit privatly). Are the students in Argentina difficult? I found in China that the students were incredibly undisiplined and teaching anything was an uphill battle I eventually lost. Will I run into the same difficulties in Argentina?
Another question-is a Visa required even if I am going over as a tourist?
Thanks

Expat Ben,
I saw that no one replied yet so I'll tell you what I've learned. With a US passport you will get a stamp that acts as a 90 day tourist visa upon entering the country. I think you will probably get the same treatment with a UK passport. So, you don't need to do anything except make sure your passport will stay valid for as long as you are there...As a disclaimer, I should say that I have not yet gone to Argentina so I don't know firsthand. This is just what I have learned from earlier posts and from the US embassy page. Suerte 'acho... |

Thanks for the reply. I hope I make it to BA as I think being there will be far more positive than China where I last was. |
