I dont know what you are talking about with the whole Farenheit 9-11 thing. That movie is full of lies and half truths. Anyone that believes that movie needs a reality check and really does not understand Hollywood productions. It is just anti bush propoganda.... Most wise Americans know this and know that Michael Moore is full of $#%^.....
I have not had problems in looking for work in indo since i was american. I have only been given a hard time in Canada of all places ?? |

If you pick up a copy of the Fahrenheit 9/11 Reader, Moore does a good job of explaining what propaganda is and what it isn't. I find the views in 9/11 are presented in a critical way, where you need to think about what is going on. Ask yourself questions like, "Where does he get this information?", "How does fact <X> relate to <Y>?", "What criteria does he base his judgments on?", "What facts has he omitted?" and so on.
Propaganda, on the other hand, has nothing to do with critical thinking. Information and messages are transmitted to the viewer so that he or she passively receives them without questioning.
Another good quality of Moore's film is he does a powerful job of showing, not telling. It wouldn't work if he just said, "Bush is a moron" because that doesn't inspire any critical thinking - it's propaganda! Moore has a bias all right, but he has presented his views in a way that makes you think, consistent with the facts.
I'm not a Bush supporter at all, but ironically, a lot of the anti-Bush protestors use propaganda which doesn't help their cause. Regardless of which side people take on the Iraq War, critical thinking is essential in order to arrive at a solid stance on the issues.

for a non-partisan example of the many innaccuracies, unsubstantiated insinuations, etc. in the film, that prefers to stick to facts rather than pro/anti bush rhetoric, see:
