May I also suggest emailing important information (i.e., phone numbers, copies of documents, traveler's cheque numbers) to yourself, just in case your laptop is damaged, and/or your backup copies are not accessible. I use an account (gmail) that can be accessed anywhere one finds an Internet connection.

All the best to you,
GreenDestiny

Cheers and Chok Dee.

If you're teaching kids, a good idea may be to record some shows like Sesame Street for them to watch. I also wished I had brought some books for pre-teens to practice reading out loud. Any songs that you can bring for kids to learn to sing, especially disney songs (the school I taught at had children's songs that were outdated). Another idea is to video tape two people having a conversation in English so you can give your students exposure to what native english conversations sound like.
