Do you mean the person is living in Asia or the university is in Asia? Im in Japan doing a degree with a British university by distance. |

| I wanted to live and do the studying in asia since the living costs are that much cheaper. |

Asia is a big place- Thailand? Korea? Taiwan?
Not sure if it was you but some one was asking about doing an MA in TESOL in Thailand. I dont know of any PhDs for native speakers of English in non-English speaking countries. Do you want on-campus courses or distance? Where did you have in mind?
I have a list of distance PhDs if you are interested. You can do those living anywhere.
