Nothig fancy. There are a bunch of books I would like to have for supplementary materials for teachers, but even those are not mandatory in my opinion.
Nor are computers. I don't much truck with the computer learning experience - it's too receptive and not creative enough (on the part of the students - sure, the programs look nifty). It's OK for supplementary stuff for the Ss. to use on their own. It might bring in customers. But for teaching the language - forget it.

I'd pay for GOOD and experienced and mature (in attitude) teachers, I'd pay for a good location, clean, attractive and comfortable premises and just a few creature comforts to make the teachers like being there - decent internet connection at at least one computer to two or three teachers, fridge, microwave and coffee maker (teachers can pay for coffee with a fund, but I'll go buy it), and of course a comfortable staff room. Oh, yeah, a good photocopier. Man, doesn't THAT just make all the difference in the world?
Then, good course books and training (if I can't do the training myself). A good, experienced DoS to form relationships with all the clients, students and teachers (again, if I can't do it myself). That would be where my money would go.

Depends if you call the effects lead poisoning "getting high". I suppose a person could have a near-death experience that would be "good enough".

The best photocopier money could buy and no rations on paper usage.

Internet points for all teachers.

A bottomless pit of a budget for resource books and audio visual resources.

Coloured pencils for the kiddies..take note Inlingua Naples you tightwads!!!

A decent sized staffroom with individual desks for all teachers.

Enough desks and workspace for all students in the classrooms.

Budget for a good booze/nosh up every month on the house for all teachers/admin staff... at a decent bar/restaurant too!!

Satellite TV with Sky football in the lounge room for those of us addicted to footie!

Daily supply of British tabloid and broadsheet newspapers.

Yearly paid up membership to the nearest British Council library.

Water dispenser for thirsty teachers..again take note Inlingua naples you shameless tightwads!!

Enough decent looking girls for the blokes to flirt with and enough decent looking blokes for the women to get hot and bothered about.

Boardpens.....that work!!!! A rare commodity in some schools!

Air conditioning or central heating depending on the season or part of the world I am in.

A massage centre in the school for weary and stressed out teachers manned by the most beautiful ladies money can buy!!

Leather bound executive swivel chairs
