Where to watch the FA Cup?
I'm assuming that I can't watch it at home.
Given that the two heavyweights of the Premier league have only this piece of silverware to gain this year I'm hoping that it will be a good game between Arsenal and America United. |

This year is the most difficult one since I've been here for watching it.
As far as I'm aware it's only on FujiTV satellite channel - that's ch. 739 if you have a skyperfectv dish. I think you can get it on cable too - where I live, on J-com, the cable network, Fuji is channel 50 something but it's doesn't come with the regular package.
Unless you've got these at home, you'll probably have to find a gaijin bar which is showing it. |

I don't know about Toyota, but if you go to Nagoya, I know there's an "English" pub there which has a big screen, obviously for showing sports events of British interest, which I'm sure would be showing it. The place is called "The Elephant's Nest", it's near Fushimi subway station on the same road as The Nagoya Hilton and the Hard Rock Cafe.
I only know this because I just happened to find it by accident when in Nagoya a couple of weeks ago, perhaps any football fans in Aichi can give you better advice. |
