Has anybody heard of the Higher Institute of Linguistics in Moscow? I think it operates as a private school or something - not to be confused with the State Linguistic University or anything like that.

Any news welcomed.

OK, I've managed to track them down a bit further: a school called Queen's English / Higher School of Linguistics.

Does anybody have any experience / heard anything about them?
