up at about 9 after 8 hrs of good, REM sleep .
screw around on the net for an hour with that first cup of nescafe joe .
off to the health club for a good , hour and a half work out .
mcdonalds to go on the walk back (i'm weak , fish filets are on sale for 39 baht)
MOD EDIT
back to the apt to fry an egg , eat some of the mcdonalds and drink "another cup"
commute (walk, sky train ) to school for 4 hrs of teaching (the kids were great tonight)
and then , after class, just the best chinese food in siam square with a visiting friend from LA ( for $5 US)
days like this , u know ? |

Siam square has some good choices in the food court up in the mall.
I used to eat there a lot. |
