I use KDDI . It is alright.

There are many service packages, but I got internet, very high speed, with internet telephone, and internet tv. All for.... 7 000 yen / month. If you have no phone line they charge you 500 yen. Good deal if you ask me. Many people use Yahoo BB, I suggest Yahoo BB or KDDI, BUT........... The owner who owns Yahoo BB is the owner of the Fukuoka Hawks!!!! Go Hawks Go!!!
