Hey guys,
couldn't find this on an old post so I'm gonna ask.
Is it better to bring NT$ or US$? I'm in toronto and am having difficulty finding somewhere to exchange CDN$ for NT$ so I'm thinking of just doing one big exchange for US$ then worrying about it when I get to Taipei.
Any thoughts? Anyone know of anywhere in Toronto that does CDN-NT exchanges?
Thanks,
Evan. |

Lots of places here will buy your loonies at fair rates. Just bring those. Or an ATM card. But ask your bank what the fees are on international withdrawls.
Bank of Taiwan has a website with exchange rates. Google.
Converting to US dollars first would just be a waste of a few percent of your funds. |

Ironically the bank at the CKS airport on Taiwan gives one of the best exchange rates. |
