| Does anyone know what the rental laws are in Tokyo. If you become behind on your rent will you be evicated? |

| In theory, you can'T be evicted overnight. The owner needs to go thru a process with the courts to have you evicted This could take anywhere up to 6 months. I suggest you just right a letter to them, outlining when you plan to pay etc. They will probably be fine as it easier than hassling with evicting you. |
