Thanks Wonderd! That's a good point. Yes, the thug has got a good command of English. Yes, that company's Head Office in China has a few foreigners. The ones interested in this posting and me are the ones or is the one that I might have been dealing with before on the business level. However, I have always been professional with them.

I have been asked by someone before to copy the "header" that email threat on my life and I have procrastinated, so here it is for all of ya. I know that the numbers and everything might not mean anything to ya, though for the reference it might work, if something really happens to me (not paraniod at all). By the way, I've sent it to yahoo provider and I am expecting their answer soon (not hoping for any solution - source of the email or anything).

I did whois lookup and 217.146.176.68 belongs to Yahoo Europe, and "fsdfbdfbdfjsdlfjsdfnsdf" is an existing Yahoo UK account (http://uk.profiles.yahoo.com/fsdfbdfbdfjsdlfjsdfnsdf). Knowing human nature, it's unlikely someone not from UK would be using Yahoo UK. So, do you know of any British/Irish working at that school and/or any Chinese who studied in UK before? |

| If I may just add one more point of observation. Judging from the writing style of the e-mail, I'd have to say that the person is (if from UK) in early 20's. |

| Just the writing style. The "I hope you like funerals" seems so childlish only someone with the mental state of a teenager would write. But since teenagers are probably impossible to be teaching in China, it would probably be someone who is in their early 20's. So, does the school have a young British national? |

Tw, the school/franchise has got most likely dozens of young British teachers as well as "one older though teenage with his brain" Academic Operations Manager in China. The likelyhood that any of those young British teachers know me is almost zero. The likelyhood that this older British fellow with his teenage brain knows me is 100%.
I do not know 100% yet that he has submerged to such "low levels" to make this threat on me.
However, I appreciate your rather intelligent guess, Tw.
In my opinion, the thug with his threat on me is being fairly knowledgeable of the organization/franchise as well as knowledgeable of my previous work there, my backround and my previous postings on the forum. So, the thug has been following this forum and my postings closely.
I am scared, though I am still alive and sharring my experiences from past.

Wonderd, have you posted "something somewhere else on this site" that's worrying ya?
I don't think that anyone can trace anyone down, if the registered user's personal information is bogus. Further more there are many internet cafes in China, aren't there?
The goofs usually take their necessary precautions using "selective" user names. They'd post from the public washrooms, if they could.
However, I am getting some cooperation from the yahoo provider as well as police on my issue here. This goof might not have been posting from the public toilets after all.
