I think I will double my efforts to find a job in Canada.... After all that I have read, I think that staying here might be best. I guess teaching ESL/EFL will be a last choice.

I think we all realize now that this is untrue. mishuah, you have only one university degree. Most of the world considers a "university degree" to be the equivalent of your own "Bachelor of Education" degree (i.e., the completion of four years of undergraduate study). Your three-year program is not a universally accepted "degree" and your certificate was not a "degree," despite what might be printed on the actual diplomas.
