Hi guys,

Moving to Tokyo (from Australia) on Tuesday. I was just wondering about the availability of 3% hydrogen peroxide in Tokyo - is it widely available in chemist shops as it is over here? What is it called in Japanese? If it's not widely available, would I be allowed to take some over with me on the plane? (Malaysian Airlines).

Thanks a bunch!

DON'T BE AFRAID TO BE YOURSELF, DUDE.

YOUR HAIR IS FINE. BUT MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR BOTOX AND MICHAEL JACKSON NOSE KIT TO IMPRESS YOUR BOSS AND THE LADIES.

AND THEY WILL STOP YOU AT NARITA BRINGING IN YOUR CHEMICALS, MAN!

I don't know what you're smoking dude. I use 3% hydrogen peroxide mixed with water as a mouthwash.

Koopa ... Are you from Queensland by any chance? Just use Listerine.

I'm not from Queensland.

Listerine doesn't kill germs in your mouth - it just feels like it does. It just masks flavour.
Hydrogen peroxide releases oxygen into your mouth which kills bacteria.. I won't go into specfics here.

And no, I'm not going with Nova. Cool

kasanka suiso is the romanji for hydrogen peroxide. Just the chemical.

kasanka suiso sui means a solution of hydrogen peroxide.

Never bought it here, so I don't know its availability.
