It depends if said PM has been temptingly placed as an avatar where the script is so tiny I can't read it. And I only want to read it if it's from the moderator. I think I can live without reading all your other PMs. For now...

Yeah, if the other person doesn't want to make it public, you can just forward it on to us, and we can gossip behind their backs.

But what if someone is sending PMs to newbies to entice them to come to Istanbul to work illegally for a paltry hourly rate with no social security or sick pay or holidays or minimum salary. In Canada that would be a criminal offence puishable by law. Why should we turn a blind eye to such blatant illegality?
