I know, there's probably a thousand posts about this but don't have the time right now to search, GOMENE!
I'm a teacher here in Japan and I'm about to take a surf trip for three weeks in eastern Indonesia. What's the deal with travel insurance? I'm regretably with Nova's JMA which doesn't cover medical expenses procured outside the country.
My question is, can I get temporary, hopefully cheap medical insurance for my trip? Can't afford helicopter evacuations and expensive sutures right now. Domo. |

| Travel agencies all sell overseas medical insurance, however not cheap. This is Japan after all. |
