Hi everyone, I just got a job as an English teacher in Nagoya City? Any advice or insight on this area? Thanks

Very broad question.

Best coffee: Starbucks (Other than my place)
Best travel agent: No 1 Travel, Sakae
Best gaijin bar: Red Rock, Sakae
Best Japanese style bar/restaurant: Hanabi, Kanyama
Best club: Diva
Best bars to avoid: Shooters, ID
Best raimen: Hongo Tie, Hongo
Best cloths for gaijin: GAP, Me-eki, Sakae
Best tourist spot: Nagoya castle, Meijo subway line Shiyakusho stop
Best day escape: Inuyama, about 30 minuets north
Best place for rainy days: JR Takshimaya, Nagoya station
Best place for books: Maruzen, Sakae
Best place NOT to live: Freebel apartments, Me-eki
