I urge people to consider avoiding this outfit. I wish I had listened to my doubts from the beginning.
Right now, they offer online courses: the standard 120 hours and then a 200-hour with CALL, Business English, and Young Learners.
The module I got was VERY good, so that's not my complaint. My problem is I spent hours doing that work, and no one wants to grade it OR send me another module. REPEATED emails have gone unreturned and this is dealing with weeks now.
Thank God no job offer depends on this. I'm filing with PayPal for a refund and if I do take a TESOL course, it'll be from someone far more reputable or better yet, I'll do a CELTA class in person.
I guess I got what I paid for and should've realized that a savings of $100 plus the 80 hour extras was b.s. And their job guarantee offer is laughable. |
