| Watching the Monterrey news, I get the feeling that folks there are quite nervous about this storm. They know their drainage systems cant handle that kind of rain. If this does turn into a cross-border event, maybe the two governments can take advantage of it and provide cooperative aid? Could ease tensions a little on the border. Or am I being too optimistic here? |
