Arriving in London from Japan July 25, 2 adults and child. What's the best way to get from London to Amsterdam to Nice? Looked into rail passes and was hoping to get some inside information here.

Thanks in advance,

Easyjet http://www.easyjet.com/en/book/index.asp, book it as soon as you can and it'll be cheaper.

Only rich folks travel by train now. Poor folks use Easyjet or RyanAir.

Thanks Scot,

Got a chuckle from that, so true when I look at the prices.
It's funny, the price of comfort and nostalgia.

Enjoy,

I paid 19p (yes 0.19) to fly to Barcelona by Ryanair earlier this year.

Just thought I'd share that with you.

That's wild, isn't it? I've seen ridiculously low fares like that advertised but just thought they were advertised but not really available, sort of used to draw people in. I will never quite understand how an airline can offer a seat on a plane for such a price.

Good on you, mate!

These fares do exist but you have to be very flexible with your dates of travel. Anything at the weekends or in school holidays and the price is much, much higher.

Never mind 19p though, last year I saw a whole bunch of flights advertised for nothing -0.00.
