Hi,
Just wondered if anyone knows the start times for the spring and summer terms in Mexico for 2006?
My boyfriend and I have TESOL certificates and four months teaching experience in China but no university degrees. However, we both have professional backgrounds as a journalist and a nurse respectively.
How do you think we'll fair on the job market? Rolling Eyes
Thanks,
Sj.

I can only speak for the city where I live. At most schools spring term starts in January or February, and fall term starts in September. A few schools have classes during the summer months, but enrollment is usually very low. Your qualifications could put you in the running at some private language schools but unlikely at academic institutions. Almost all schools want at least a 6-month commitment and prefer a year, so directors would probably question why you stayed at your previous jobs for only 4 months.
