I think EF English First are well suited to China; after all, they are both backward, underdeveloped, unorganised, and corrupt. |

I spotted an interesting website yesterday, the Boland School that trains TEFLists in Czech.
You can get a Czech teaching cert from their European training centre as well as a TEFL cert to work anywhere.
In addition, you can enrol in a school in China (actually in Jiangsu province, a small town near Xuzhou), and then be posted to EF CHina!!
They list EF as a reference! |

Yes, good question. If I had to guess, I would say that EF English First head office at Shanghai complained to the moderators about the post last time. After all, EF do not exactly encourage free speech or personal input - that is why they are 'doing well' in China (I employ scare quotes because there is a vast gulf between doing well in the sense of opening a lot of schools and doing well as regards students, staff, etc.).
Well, to the moderators, this is a great forum. If and when EF complain again, just let them know that NONE of this is libelous. On the contrary, I am able to prove everything and anythign I assert. In fact, I would LOVE to have an internationally-recognised legal forum in which I could present exactly what I know about EF English First schools and the gangsters that operate most of them. |
