Please spare a minute to help me out.

I need to follow the advancement of a few Asian uni students on a regular basis over several months. I can pay them each about 20 Euro a week, so I am obviously thinking of the poorer Asian countries where this money might amount to something. For this reason rich students from private unis are not an option.

Ideally (but not exclusively) I am looking for students who study in their native language but read academic articles in English regularly (or sometimes). They should be willing to write a 1 page article every week or two. Alternatively if they have to submit papers in English I can use some of those. Also they will do computer tests. Overall I expect to spend several hours (2-4) with each student every week or two.

I am not looking for people who regularly receive EAP instruction. I do not need the students to prepare for our meetings, besides committing to them.
