I would be very grateful for any replies that give information about where a local Chinese form 1 female student could join up for activities with English-speaking foreigners in the New Territories or Kowloon.

I can think of two organisations that might be able to meet your friend's needs:
- any YMCA/YWCA (in Kowloon the YMCA International in Salisbury Rd.);
- or Chatteris, a non-profit English-language practising organisation run by expats (google to find their website).
