Ok,
How reasonable is this? I am thinking of going to Mexico in early September to look for work as an English teacher. I have some experience and a TESL certificate, and of course a degree.
Will I be able to find work relatively easily?
Where in Mexico would it be best to go?
What kind of pay could I expect?
All info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nick |

Wow, some one who's travelled as much as you have (I peeked at your online resume!) should know that a country as large as Mexico is extremely varied. Obviously there are more jobs in the larger industrial cities, but you can find work in other parts. Do you want to be near the beach? in the mountains? in hot weather? cold? do you like the rain? are you into white water rafting? the theater? some place where you can find sushi? or incoparate various catus products into your diet?
Otherwise the central cities just north of Mexico City seem to be a good place to find work and travel among them is fairly easy. |
