Saw a job posting for this school and wondered what the rep was for this place.

City University is one of the 8 universities in Hong Kong. I can't say that it is a prestigious one as many people believe that Hong Kong University and the Chinese University of HK are better than City U.

City U has a community college which offers assiociate degree programme, higher diploma programme and Yi Jin programme (for students who fail to pass HKCEE). thus, when applying for job, you gotta be sure whether you're applying for university teaching post or community college post. i think the pay is different.

i have a colleague who used to teach at the community at City U. she doesn't like it as she hates teaching the Yi Jin programme.
