Hi everyone,
I wasn't told how much the shaken is going to cost...
Hello and congratulations on getting accepted to work as an ALT in Saga prefecture.
I am a 3rd year ALT leaving Saga very soon.
I have a car for sale, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in purchasing it.
Here are the details:
1. 1997 Toyota Cavalier (Chevy in America)
Features:
2.4 L engine (it's got POWER) Automatic
2 door / DUAL AIRBAGS / Power SUN ROOF / Air Con / power locks-windows-mirrors / fog lights / 4 speaker radio-tape deck
The hood has a noticeable dent (but no paint missing)
Color: Dark Green
Kms: around 75 000
Regular Oil and Oil filter changes
Shaken: Due in Dec. 2003
This car is pretty sweet. I wish I could bring it back home with me, but can't due to the strict emission standards in Canada. Available in July.
Asking Price: 200 000 yen NEGOTIABLE
Is this car worth it or should i buy one when i arrive in Japan. I'll be in Kashima city on Kyushu Island. |

C'mon...you are going to the land of kick-azz cars and you wanna buy a Crapolier???
There are lots of cars available for very low prices. You have to be careful of the amount of KM's on it. The government regulations surrounding car maintenance and age are more than strict. It's to keep their domestic market going. Cars with 50K on them are regulary dismantled and sold for parts. Many are exported to other countries with right-hand drive cars...ie, west indies, england, etc,etc |
