Yes, different to buying a house I know, or at least that's what I was led to believe.
Does anyone have the latest news/info about this? I'm looking at an apartment now, but the developers are telling me that being a foreigner I cannot get the "sertifikat". I thought it was different for apartments. I was aware that you cannot buy land, but I thought apartments were okay?
Also, what is this I heard about a 99 year lease, or was that idea abandonned?
I know we've touched on this a few times in a various threads, but looking back (till the start of the year) we don't have a thread specifically for this topic. Any help appreciated.
Thanks. |

That information is rather old, I was hoping someone had some more up-to-date knowledge to impart. |
